Our stay in Brisbane was great overall. The hotel was perfect for our needs with a nice balcony offering city views, but the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room was a downside. The rooms had comfortable king beds and decent amenities, though the lighting was not equally distributed. The service was hit or miss with occasional lack of responsiveness during busy times. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the CBD and nearby attractions, despite some challenges finding it from the car park. The dining options were good, and the hotel offered various facilities to enhance our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were bright, well-equipped, and perfect for four people. The service was amazing, with attentive staff always ready to help out. The central location met all our needs, despite some minor maintenance issues. The dining options were good, but a more varied menu would be even better.
